NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE ORDINANCE SUMMARY ORDINANCE 2025-11 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING CERTAIN SECTIONS IN PART 3, SUBDIVISION AND SITE PLAN PROCEDURES, AND PART 4, ZONING, ARTICLE XXXI, “GENERAL PROVISIONS AND SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN USES,” AND REPLACING THEM WITH PROVISIONS IMPLEMENTING THE UNIFORM HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS (UHAC) AND AMENDED FAIR HOUSING ACT The ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of West Windsor, in the County of Mercer, State of New Jersey, held on March 9, 2026. The public hearing on this ordinance will be held at the Township Council meeting of March 30, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Windsor Township Municipal Building, 271 Clarksville Road, West Windsor, New Jersey.
