LEGAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT
UNDER A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT
SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM

The Township of West Windsor participates in the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program
that assist local governments in reducing procurement costs pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
It is the intent of the Township Council of the Township of West Windsor to award a contract to
Stryker Sales, Corp., 21343 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1213 to purchase Automated
External Defibrillators (AEDs) for $23,216.99 per Quote #11122955 dated December 4, 2025
under Sourcewell Contract #041823-STY.

Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of West Windsor Business
Administrator’s Office, 271 Clarksville Road, West Windsor, New Jersey 08550 between the hours of
9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. as well as on the Township website atwww.westwindsortwp.gov

Comment period ends April 13, 2026.

services pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-5(1)(a) at their March 30, 2026 Business Session. These contracts and the resolutions
authorizing them are available for public inspection in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.

ORDINANCE 2025-11

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING CERTAIN SECTIONS IN PART 3,
SUBDIVISION AND SITE PLAN PROCEDURES, AND PART 4, ZONING,
ARTICLE XXXI, “GENERAL PROVISIONS AND SUPPLEMENTAL
REGULATIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN USES,” AND REPLACING THEM
WITH PROVISIONS IMPLEMENTING THE UNIFORM HOUSING

was duly approved and adopted on Second and Final reading at a regular meeting of the
West Windsor Township Council held on March 30, 2026 and was approved by Mayor
Hemant Marathe on March 31, 2026. This Ordinance shall become effective on April 20, 2026.

The ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a
meeting of the governing body of the Township of West Windsor, in the County of
Mercer, State of New Jersey, held on March 9, 2026. The public hearing on this ordinance
will be held at the Township Council meeting of March 30, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the West
Windsor Township Municipal Building, 271 Clarksville Road, West Windsor, New Jersey.
