The Assunpink Watershed Management Plan Needs Your Input!!

On April 7th, The Watershed Institute held a Public Meeting about their current work developing a watershed management plan for the Assunpink River Watershed.  The Institute is working with the municipalities of Millstone, Roosevelt, Hopewell, Lawrence, West Windsor, Robbinsville, and Trenton to develop this plan.  If you missed the meeting a recording is available online.

How can you help? The Watershed Institute is looking for the public who live/work/play in this watershed to provide information regarding flooding, water pollution, stream erosion, failing stormwater basins, etc.  They’ve prepared an online survey tool that allows you to report problems you may be aware of. The tool includes a mapping feature so you can identify the location without having to know the physical street address. All comments are being collected until April 28, 2026.

See flier for the QR code to access the survey tool.

The email address if you want to submit more detailed comments than the tool allows: assunpinkwatershed@thewatershed.org
